Yet another I’ve been busy with work post…

Seriously I wish I could clone myself so I could work more on this story…
Just letting everyone know I haven’t forgotten about our tale. I have a new client so I’ve been a bit busy. I do have five pages plotted out and on my drawing board (or more accurately drawing tablet)so when I am finished with this client I’ll have a something to jump right into. I should be at the drawing board in a week or two.
I just wanted to let you all know I’ve been busy redesigning my main website, that is why I’ve not posted a new strip. I’m trying to drum up web design work so I’ve re-branding my website as a web design service and removing the comic book influence. I’ve come to the conclusion that it was confusing to potential client as to whether I was an Illustrator or a web designer. Clearly I’m both but marketing yourself is really about streamlining your message so I’ve been spending the majority of my time trying to develop a new design and making my website more of an asset than just a portfolio page.
Once I’ve got things more together I’ll be getting back to working on the story. I currently have about five panels written and sketched out (new panels, not the small group of panels I mentioned in an earlier post). I’m looking forward to getting back into the drawings again, I have some new characters on the way and we’ll start exploring this new world we have found ourselves in.

I probably should not be posting panels yet, as I only have a few ready to be colored, I told myself I would not post anything until I have at least ten panels all ready to be colored, but hell, I never been one to follow common sense so I’m posting panels anyway! I’m not promising I’ll be posting every week, but I will say I won’t abandon the story. It just may not happen in a regular fashion.
Like a lot of comicbook artist I can’t really make a living on this but I do it because comic art is my first true love and like most true loves, it is difficult to let go of. So with that said I will update as I can, probably in a sporadic way….but it will be updated.

I just updated the site and for some reason the the comics are not displaying. I’m working on it, sorry for the hassles
